The founding executive team consists of international business leaders, former military and intelligence officers, lawyers, engineers and successful entrepreneurs, who have 50+ combined years of experience in large corporations, the military, security and intelligence agencies.

Major General Letam Wiwa (Rtd) MA, LLB, BL

Maj Gen Wiwa (Rtd) is Managing Partner and CEO of Tradecraft Security Consult. He is an intelligence expert with 30+ years experience in intelligence gathering. Former Director Military Intelligence, Nigeria Army and currently Member Royal College of Defense Studies and a Counter Terrorism Fellow Nigeria. Has been exposed to several aspects of intelligence and security across multiple agencies in different countries.
Expertise: Security Policy Drafting, Analysis, Crisis Management, Business and Trade Intelligence gathering, analysis and Advocacy.

Robert L. Hollis, BS Engineering

Mr Hollis is the Chief Technical Officer of Tradecraft Security Consult and Director Digital Security at ITSI, LLC a Johnstown, PA, USA based company. He is a digital security and Information Technology expert with 25+ years’ experience in computer programing, vulnerability assessment, Information Security Automation programs (ISAP), Security Content Automation Protocols (SCAP) technologies, Computer Network Defense & Response Systems and Knowledge Management Systems. He has extensive experience working with small, medium and large-scale defense and security companies in USA and Nigeria.
Expertise: Digital security, Computer programming, Networking, Vulnerability assessment, Network security/hardening,Cyber security, Network engineering, Information security.

Charissa Marcella Kabir, Bsc (Hons) Forensic Science

Mrs. Kabir is a Business Development Manager and Head of the Forensics program. She is a forensics professional with over 10 years experience working in different fields of forensics in Jamaica, UK and Nigeria. She has extensive experience in vetting, development of forensic and polygraph capabilities, revalidation screening and DNA technologies. She was involved in setting up of a polygraph center and polygraph testing of Police cadets in Nigeria.
Expertise: Vetting, interrogative polygraphy, Bayesian Formulation, various aspects of forensics.

Air Commodore Victor Aikhomu (Rtd) mni

Air Cdre. Aikhomo (Rtd) is a Business Development Executive. He is a former intelligence officer with 33 years’ service in various strategic and leadership positions in the Nigerian Air Force.He has been involved in security trainings at the Joint Warfare School Ampradesh India, and strategic intelligence school,Washington DC. Involved in the Nigerian national de-radicalization program.
Expertise: De-radicalization dynamics, Team building and leadership development, Crises management, Technical Intrusion Limiter.

Major Philip Oluwaseun Fadipe (Rtd) MA Intl Affairs

Maj Fadipe (Rtd) is a Business Continuity Executive. He is a physical security expert with experience in provision of security in private and military environments. Was chief security officer to the Chief of General Staff of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with 18 years of service in the Nigerian army in various positions. Professional member of several professional security associations including, American Society for Industrial Security, Nigeria Security Profession Association and National association of Private Guard Practitioners.
Expertise: Protective Security, Guard Force Assessor, Vulnerability Assessor, Ballistics, Vetting, Safety.
