Crisis Management Training & Implementation

TSCL helps clients develop crisis management plan(s) for the organisation, its immediate environment and its operational base.  This also entails training the personnel of the organisation in threat detection and crisis management techniques, and stepping in to help implement the crisis management master plan where necessary.
